Meet our barn cat - Carlie. She was dumped at an ER vet clinic with her babies. The vet clinic was going to put her to sleep because she was feral, but Carlos said no. All the kittens and mom were spayed/neutered. All babies were adopted out and Carlie was still mean and trying to scratch us. After a few months she came around and now lets Carlos pet her! She is our barn cat at the rescue ranch.
Gertie is a 10 year old female Chihuahua Mix. She was saved from a high kill shelter in Texas. She needs dental surgery and she has a mammary tumor that needs to be removed. After her surgery she can be adopted to her forever home.
Meet Rocky, he is a long term resident at ARK. He was adopted out 2 times and returned due to nipping issues. We found out once he was returned the 2nd time that he had some vision issues which we think are causing him being scared and nipping. Carlos decided once he was returned the 2nd time he would be a long-timer at ARK. He lives in the house with Carlos. He is about 7 years old and 25 lbs.
Meet Lavender, she has a very large mammary tumor that needs to be removed. It will cost 1-2K to get her the surgery she needs. Once she is healed she can be adopted out to her forever home.

Meet Bruno, he is a long term resident at ARK. He was actually from another rescue and adopted out as a tiny baby and retuned when he was about 3 years old. That rescue closed down and we took him back when he was returned. Bruno loves his people but only certain people. He does nip when scared as well so we can not adopt him out again. He is about 10 years old now and 30 lbs.
